Challenging but worth itThe good thingsSalary, movie perks, travel out of town and abroad, work/life balance, incentives, leaves, insurance, office hours as it does not coincide with traffic, TL, HR, Trainees. The HR is very accommodating even if you already resigned.
The challengesThe work requires ACCURACY and FAST work. You will have to perform in your best always as it will always reflect on your performance evaluation and incentives. You will be given the first 2 months to show you have what it takes and continue it, as your employment always depends on that. Incentives is make or break. One serious or fatal mistake and your incentives is gone. For the first 3 months it will be based on your attendance, after that incentives doubles but it is now based on your QTY/QA performance.
