This is the only company wherein i felt disrespected and gaslighted
The good thingsCompensation and benefits were competitive.
The challengesImmediate supervisor had a communication style that felt dismissive and at times passive aggressive. Feedback was not always delivered constructively, which affected morale. It would’ve been helpful to have more coaching and support rather than criticism.

    Very bad, stay away!
The good thingsThis company is plagued by ineffective leadership, making it difficult for employees to thrive. I strongly recommend avoiding it—save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
The challengesThe company demonstrates a noticeable lack of diversity and inclusivity, which creates an unwelcoming environment. Don't try to work here, go find someone else.
The good thingsOnly the good thing here is Company Travel. Other than that, no good thing in this company.
The challengesHard to pass KPI, Power tripping managment (From OM upto TL) there's no professionalism on the management here. HR doesn't care for your concerns. Been working for 5 years to get a ×,××× final pay, it's time to say goodbye and all I get in this company is stress. Up until getting my final pay to my surprise that I work for 5 years only to get that amount.

    Very supportive during pandemic
The good thingsDuring the pandemic they tried their best to keep all employees. We were also asked to work from home since March until further notice
The challengesNot really we can reach out to the AMs and HR at all times via email and teams for anything we need or for any questions

Low income raise. Inconsiderate to employees
The good thingsThey are able to provide travel and accomodations to employees, all paid. They are also good at hosting at parties.
The challengesThey are able to host parties then spent thousands of money and paid all travel expenses but cannot provide high income raise. They are also inconsiderate to employees when

Short but still gained some new skills and knowledge
The good thingsThe best of my working experience in the company is the work-life balance
The challengesNew hire onboarding seems to be a little behind the time; People involved could have prepared ahead of time (i.e., first day of new hire)

    Work Life Balance
The good thingsYou go to the office on time, do your work and leave the office on time. That simple.
The challengesSome clients are really not very organized in how they do operations but it's good to bring in improvement to the team. They do listen anyway.

Tedious ops work but great company culture
The good thingsAll companies have their own toxicity in operations because of the work process and the management but at the end of the day, you have a job that pays for your family. At times there are overtime needed but that is BPO for you.
The challengesOperation targets can be challenging

The good thingsNon-toxic environment, the executive management values the staff work life balance, employee engagement and activities are good. Most especially the company trip.
The challengesNo working from home option but flexible in schedule

Work - Life Balance at Premium Salary
The good thingsWork Shift - Against peak hours so you can avoid heavy traffic High Basic Salary - Double than average industry offer (depends ofcourse on your skillset) Work-Life Balance - Relaxed environment accompanied by reasonable amount of deliverables Training - their spending on training is comparable to big companies with thousands of employees Perks - international or domestic trips, giveaways
The challengesAnnual salary increase caps at very low percentage even if your rating is exemplary. Different clients work at a silo. No interaction even at management level of various clients. Office lighting is dim so instead of being alert, you'll feel sleepy even during mornings. Lax environment. Mediocrity creeps in. Possibly because of its merit program.

    Great company
The good thingsI thought I would not last here because we had a lot of overtime on my first months. Then I saw that management is not really keen on having the employees do overtime, it felt good to see that from an employee perspective. Company outings are the best in this company. HR and Admin are really helpful.
The challengesThere are hard times but there are also good times,

    Great opportunity
The good thingsBeen in the company for 2yrs and I love the experience during company outing abroad.
The challengesChallenges has always in every company but, the challenges in the company is to meet the KPI. However, in my case, I meet what the company's target to each agent. And, surely the other agents can always provide good output to the company if determined and focus.

    Challenging but worth it
The good thingsSalary, movie perks, travel out of town and abroad, work/life balance, incentives, leaves, insurance, office hours as it does not coincide with traffic, TL, HR, Trainees. The HR is very accommodating even if you already resigned.
The challengesThe work requires ACCURACY and FAST work. You will have to perform in your best always as it will always reflect on your performance evaluation and incentives. You will be given the first 2 months to show you have what it takes and continue it, as your employment always depends on that. Incentives is make or break. One serious or fatal mistake and your incentives is gone. For the first 3 months it will be based on your attendance, after that incentives doubles but it is now based on your QTY/QA performance.

    Terrible company
The good thingsHigh incentives, but it’s hard to achieve.
The challengesAlthough incentive scheme is high, less than 10% of the employee can achieve the said incentives, PIP is the most burden of the employees, once you enrolled in PIP you are not qualified to get the incentives, even you got a perpect score for the month.

    Expand and not ready!
The good thingsNone so far, for now it’s terrible.
The challengesDue to unplanned expansion the company is understaff, people are force to render OT because of its backlog for more than a month. Secury of job is at stake, possible fullout of projects. People are now wasted and tired, includes all the burdens of PIP and metrics.

    Expand and be great!
The good thingsWhat I am happy about this company is the good working environment - the people, also the perks, benefits and international company trips! Also, the management doesn't forget to acknowledge the team or person who helps in achieving the success of the company.
The challengesSince the company is expanding, moving to a bigger work space would be great.
