    It's an awesome kind of experience and very challenging
    The good thingsSome head officers or bosses are good to mingle and they share some tips and knowledge about the project that I've been working on
    The challengesMaybe it's the financial part, they don't have the extra source in case of crisis or delayed approvals of billings
