    Aruze Philippines is one of the Multi-national Company.
    The good thingsI had learned more things and experienced in this company. My co-employees shared their knowledge and the management gave training to learn more for the benefits of my position as well.
    The challengesThe biggest challenge for me is working almost 18 hours a day, 3 to 4 times a week. We experiencing sometimes 24 hrs of loading in the container van for our export shipment and sometimes waiting for our import shipment.
