    The good thingsSupposedly this company is a better one compare to others. Why? It is due to the uniqueness of its product! Something that will never be phased out in time; the wig or what this company normally called \"Hairpiece\". A piece of art that man's need in order to regain what is lost in him within the period of time! This company sells not a product but CONFIDENCE and a BETTER LIFESTYLE!
    The challengesNormally, an employee blames management's decision on some certain degrees especially when it is not on their favors! However, the management remains positive in any aspect of challenges but somehow lack in addressing issues arising from this employee's complaints and concern. This is due to recent turn-over rate of key personnel such as managerial and supervisory levels affecting previous actions
