    My experience here was marked by toxic culture, office politics, favoritism, and lack of growth opportunities despite the challenging projects I handled.
    The good thingsSome colleagues were genuinely supportive and collaborative.
    The challengesThe biggest challenges were the heavy office politics and favoritism, where growth and recognition depended more on connections than actual performance. Gossip culture was common and it affected morale, while management often lacked transparency and accountability. Overtime became the norm with little recognition, and real opportunities for growth were very limited unless you were part of the “in-group.”

    A fun and value-adding internship
    The good thingsI really had fun. The team was filled with super nice and fun people. I learned a lot and enjoyed my internship experience. I really appreciate how understanding they are with my schedule as a student.
    The challengesMaybe this is it is only an internship and there was a limited number of hours I had to take, I felt like I can and would want to learn more from them

    Great working environment with superb boss!
    The good thingsIt was my first time working at a property management setup (was assigned in ARCC) and I really had fun. Great family-oriented company, supportive managers. No day is ever the same which keeps it exciting. Everyone is pleasant and works well together.
    The challengesSalary increase is a bit low

    The challengesNone.. Maybe I'm so happy with what I'm doing and was not able to acknowledge some challenges. With regards, to my position, I handle and assist high profile clients, it's a challenge to assist them and a pleasure as well.

    The good thingsI learned a lot from this company. I greatly enjoyed my experience which honed me to become a better engineer, not just technically but as a person. This corporation offers many learning media, through seminars and trainings. I have never felt so home in a company. I feel i am a part of a family. If given the chance in the future with the right circumstances, i will work for them again.
    The challengesSince it is just beginning, the system could have improvement but it would better the company into becoming one of the greatest developers, not only locally but internationally. On my end, the challenge is venturing into the property management field since it is dealing with different type of persons.
