    The good thingsGood Things is they can offer high paying salary and can have new learning for a beginner.
    The challengesWorst thing is a boss that will not motivate you and will not give a chance for your improvement while on probationary period. The company doesn't have strong foundation. This was originally ASTEC but sells out 4 times in 20 years not became a ADVANCED ENERGY.

He also assures on the time that an applicant is being hired, he is trained and able to do his duty and job with respect to the customer's requirement and as a result, put the company in a progressive status. There is always an opportunity to make its employee grow, primarily on the job he applied for, wherein he can choose and fill-in on the job opportunities the company is conducting an internal job vacancy.
