    PTS a great place to work!
    The good thingsVery good HR. Positive work environment. It is on PTS that I have seen and felt dedicated HR personnel. The Company recognizes hard work with incentives, the workload can be heavy at times but after you get used to it, it's not so bad, it's just a matter of learning how to work smart. There's a lot of training and lots of feedback so that you get a chance to develop. Lots of opportunities for career growth and development.

    Great company to work with!
    The good thingsHR has developed reward programs that are beneficial to the employees. They have flexible hours policy in the company. They treat employees fairly and with utmost respect. They know that employees are their most valuable asset so they are taking care of them. Top Management is approachable and trust their employees. They are very professional in dealing with all employees. They are open to suggestions and give honest feedback to issues and concerns.
