    The good things-The employees I handled are very friendly and kind to me.
    The challengesThere is always a concern/ issue regarding the government mandatory benefits of the employees. -Payments not on time. Location of the Company I was assigned is far from my place.

    Very poor employer - employee relationship management
    The good thingsI can't say anything more about my employer, though the experience of working in a different environment and a different scale taught me a lot of things; from skills down to lessons from the real world.
    The challengesImprove employer - employee relationship management. Better communication for information. Better compensation for skilled workers.
