    The good thingsI have worked at Army Navy for almost 5 years, I started as an MT and promoted as Asst. Restaurant Manager. The company truly cares about their people and motivate us and help to achieve our goals. In terms of benefits, we have HMO, miscellaneous allowance,rice subsidy, discount in Army Navy products and year end bonus as well as goverment mandated benefits and 13th month pay.

    The good thingsThe environment is safe, friendly and lively. The people works as a team. Employees are well compensated and benefits are well given. Management are approachable and open-minded! They are also open to promotions or advancements of their employee based on their performance. A great experience to cherish!
    The challengesIn my time there the only hassle for me was the location of their nearest branch. It was the nearest yet so far. Cubao to BGC. But it was noted to me upon accepting the job and I willingly accept it.
