    Service to the Filipino people and our nation is worth the sacrifice while working at the AFP.
    The good thingsYou will get to learn a lot about the defense and security sector through a careeer at the AFP. You will find a lot of character variation while inside the organization. You will also be introduced to a strict culture that demands commitment and discipline.
    The challengesHowever, as base pay and other allowances are standardized, you might want to check other income-generating avenues. Moreover, the scalar chain serves as an issue in providing efficient service. Increasing your network across the organization will be an advantage.
