    good invironment, but low salary
    The good thingsThe environment. Very kind Head and Supervisor and a good workmates.
    The challengesThe salary offered for project based employees is disappointingly low. Considering the workload and expectations, the compensation does not feel fair or sustainable. Additionally, it feels like becoming a regular employee is not based purely on performance or qualifications, but rather on having relatives within the company. This creates a sense of unfairness and discouragement among employee who work hard but do not have personal connections.

    Just be ready of these extra activites apart from your original task. Your salary is not just only for your job description. It feels like 40% for your job description and 60% for the other activities. 🙂
    The good thingsGood environment and peers.
    The challengesIt feels like you are working here for other tasks rather than what you have applied for. Yearly you will be a committee member for a certain event [e.g Anniversarry] that sacrifices the your time that should be for your workload. It will took an almost a year for the preparation of the Anniversarry as you see. But wait there's more, there's also a lot of contest through out the year. singing, dancing, acting, etc. and you cannot do anything about it especially when you are just a newbie. In addition to that are the company projects that they will automatically include you to join, and if you are not able to contribute, it will be reflected into your grade.

    it was so nice and great working with it and i have learned so many things that will help me to my future career.
    The good thingsthey are so friendly and nice to me and also they treat me as part of the family as well. i have encountered the technical difficulties when it comes to hardware but my superior guide me how to troubleshoot and how to fix it even in network problems.

    The good thingsBeing a field representative of the company allows you to meet new people, new friends and new opportunities. Travelling also is one thing. So I had a lot of fun.
    The challengesMeeting people is a good thing, however, each one of them has a different side of stories and unique personalities. Thus, you have to balance things in their liking and make sure that you are studying the way they are so you might able to get their attention.

    Great Work/Life Balance and Perks
    The good thingsThis company has the perfect degree of work/life balance. If you're good at managing your time you're able to go home as intended and still not be drowned with work. There are lots of perks that come with the job as well, which are very surprising because a lot of people don't know this organization unless you have a relative who's a uniformed personnel.
    The challengesThe average tenure in the company is 18 years, so that means that promotions here tend to be pretty slow (the person occupying the higher position must retire or resign for it to be vacated, you see). There are also some processes that need to be improved, reviewed or updated.

    As an intern, I am glad that the company trusted me to do the process of there content. It was a nice experience working in AFPSLAI.
    The good thingsIt was a nice place to work to aside from its environment, the people that involved was very nice and very approachable. Its only be stressful if one of them would not functioning in terms of dwelling each other and aside of it if the process of their work is not in order. The opponents of that company really gave us the chance to experience things that possibly be done in the future job, they really put us in the 'demo' which is an advantage to us to learn and to apply it in the near future.
    The challengesThe challenges is always there, it will never be an ease to work and to dwell especially if you are engaging in a work that in needs of attention. And its up to you if you dwell of it or rid of it but dealing with that kind of matter is not that problematic its in the nature to be challenge and it just up to you on how you accept the challenge.

    good memories to treasure
    The good thingsthe employees of AFPSLAI are so very very friendly and make us felt that we belong despite of being a contractual. have lots of activity not only for the employees but also for the family. gives a rewarding compensation not only that but also additional incentives depending on your performance and also Christmas goodies.
    The challengesto enhance the information technology knowledge of the older employees in able to help them go with the flow of the current information system.
