    The good thingsWorking here is good because even the General Manager is listening to suggestion especially when it comes to company development and improvement.Open to give your thoughts and recommendation.

    The good thingsI graduated BS in Education, I have had a lot of rejections from other companies that I applied for, but I am thankful to the HR Department & Management of Arky for trusting me, I have learned a lot in this company, using HRIS PEOPLECORE Software and SAP, and also I am compensated well. .. I am now leaving since I will be pursuing my career as a Professional Teacher.
    The challengespressure and stress are given in any working environment, it depends on the employee's attitude towards his Job on how she/he will handle it. .

    The good thingsCompensation wise is ok.
    The challengesOthers doesn't work professionally. There's no training for improvement and no other benefits aside from mandatory benefits. No company outing or any motivational programs for the employees. The Management is irrational sometimes.
