    The good thingsThere is enough opportunity to grow. Roles are very challenging and yet fulfilling. Management is very supportive and fair.
    The challengesYou have to be self-motivated and self-driven to excel. The organization is lean therefore you have to be flexible.

    Dynamic Organization with Good Values
    The good thingsThe management has a clear direction of what they wanted to achieve, They allow you to explore and grow. They encourage professional and personal development through training and coaching. They provide flexibility when it comes to work environment. It's a very lean and agile organization. They didn't retrench any employees during the most challenging time. They have a weekly devotion.
    The challengesThe structure of the organization is flat which may pose limitation in terms corporate growth, if you are someone aspiring for several layers of promotion.

    Terrible management/HR
    The good thingsHands on experience with customers. Good Venues kick off activities. HR should be events planning instead.
    The challengesManagement had no clear goals for their employees professional growth and seem to no alignment with company goals from each department. Low salary compensation esp. for experienced worker. Sales commission is almost always late to none. Small company, little room for growth in the long term.
