    Relax Working Environment
    The good thingsThere is trust and open communication between me and my department manager and team members. We can openly discuss here anything under the sun.
    The challengesTraffic going to Makati - well for any streets in the metro its a traffic tho we have flex work schedule and still manageable.

    The good thingsI was impressed with their recruitment tools. They are already using AI to determine the right candidate. My department is very welcoming. I feel well taken care of with all the warmth they showed me and how they assisted me as I transition to this new role and work environment.
    The challengesSo far, I think there should be a handbook of processes so new hires can adapt faster.

    A great learning experience
    The good thingsEveryone is nice and approachable including Owners and Managers. A lot of beautiful engaging activities despite the pandemic. Colleagues are very easy to work with.
    The challengesNo work-life balance. A lot of people are staying way past their shift. Tedious long hours because of so many redundant, unnecessary, and manual process. Company should improve on its System Upgrade. Also, no annual appraisal so your salary is likely to stay that way for a loooong time.
