    The good thingsIf you enjoy new learnings such as new technology updates and the latest in the ICT industry, Ardent is for you. They will give you tons of training and it will be all up to you which information you will need for your career growth.
    The challengesPeople Skills. Being with a successful company with lots of brilliant people is challenging. All you have to do is adapt to each of their personalities so you can get by everyday. So don't be a pain in the neck.

    The good thingsardent networks inc.treat their employees as a family.while you're walking in the hallway they greeted with a smiling face or hear well wishes of "GOOD MORNING"even the top management or the rank and file they do as well.because Family is love at that company!!!!!
    The challengesdealing with changes in the work place can consist of anything from top management and the staff to turn over all the changes in the company.and it can really affect but it well be smooth transition if the top management and staff support each other.it well work!!!

    The good thingsThe company will do whatever it takes to hit its goals without compromising the handling of its employees. If you would want to spend so many years in a company, this is perfect for you. If I were to repeat my previous experience as Systems Engineer, it will be a privilege working here again.
    The challengesNo limits are expected to you here unlike with some companies. I eat challenge here for breakfast, break a leg at lunch and expected to do an extra mile for the client. The repercussion here is you can easily burn out if they don't like what you do.
