The work-life balance is outstanding—once work hours are over, we don’t receive any messages or notifications related to work.
The challengesOne of the challenges I face here is working without a partner, which makes it difficult to brainstorm ideas. Since I work alone, I don't have the advantage of sharing ideas with someone else or collaborating to solve problems.
