    The good thingsYou will be faced to different people without any formal training. No seminars. No training.
    The challengesNo one will support you. You will work on your own. Those on the higher position will grab your accomplishment and claim it as theirs. Everything is your fault. Don't work well with their clients. They don't treat their employees well. THEY DON'T PAY CONTRIBUTIONS

    The good thingsThey share so much things to me specially knowledge and experience. The \"real world\" after school life is kinda scary but exciting at the same time and they teach me how to deal with it. \\

    Terrible Management! Company has no Vision, No Mission in other words no Direction at all.

    The challengesEverything you do good is not appreciated. If you committed a simple mistake it's a BIG thing. Their culture is based on \"palakasan\", \"pasip-sip\" system. It's crab mentality everywhere.
