Great first job, experiences here are instrumental in passing my board exam.
The good thingsI loved working here, supportive teammates, great personal skill and career growth.
The challengesSalary has made living outside my hometown tough, mental health is not a priority and almost most of my time there is spent overtime, no overtime pay either but we have a meal budget.

    I survived Archion!
The good thingsGreat for an individual's learning curve. You'll get a chance to handle projects and own it. With this, you have the responsibility of making things possible. The Principal Architect mentors and gives constructive criticisms to improve yourself. I learned a lot from this firm. From the business side, handling clients, technical side, 'politics', and everything under the sun.
The challengesLocation. Being in Makati, makes it impossible to be accessible for those who are commuting. And this affects the attendance of the employees. Eventually, it is reflected at your salary deduction.
