Believe the negative reviews written here.
The good thingsdecent salary + permanent WFH setup + a few nice managers (few is the operative word LOL)
The challengesTHE CONS (because they're much more impactful than the pros) Crazy, anxiety- and depression-inducing workload. PERIOD. Passive-aggressive managers: A couple of managers here have some serious attitude problems. One is particularly arrogant (see: toxic & pathetic) in giving comments. Seriously, if you don't like what you're doing, just resign. Don't project your insecurities, frustrations, and incompetence on your employees. Even an HR person has a toxic, passive-aggressive nature, which I think they've inherited from the managers lol. No opportunity for professional growth here. No matter how I tried, I really couldn't see myself growing here; the company doesn't even make an effort to encourage and show you that you actually can grow with them. It's so bleak and sad tbh. So if you're looking for an opportunity just to earn, then go ahead, but proceed with caution.

The lack of transparency and communication led to a lot of uncertainty and frustration among the employees. We never knew what was going on, and we were always afraid of getting laid off.
The good thingsThe team I was a part of was incredibly talented and supportive, even when we faced challenges from higher up.
The challengesI felt constantly stressed and overwhelmed. I never knew what to expect next, and I was always worried about making a mistake. My boss was always criticizing our work, and he never gave us any positive feedback.

All burnt out from work, exhausted everyday
The good thingsThe staff and employees who were here were more competent than the awful, arrogant managers.
The challengesAll burnt out from work, exhausted everyday from the toxic management demanding every bit of your time and energy without giving anything back.

    Clueless Management and Unrealistic Deadlines
The good thingsTeamwork shnined with my former co-workers. Their encourangement and collaboration were truly inspiring.
The challengesThe upper management was completely clueless, and they had no idea how to run a business. The deadlines were always unrealistic, and the workload was overwhelming. I was constantly stressed out and unsatisfied with my work. To make matters worse, the company culture was toxic.

Poor decisions can't be avoided and we were the ones who stressfully suffer
The good thingsMost employees were patient and resilient despite the incompetence, we work harder together.
The challengesThe managers in this company were awfully incompetent, and thought it's a terrible shame, there's nothing employees can do about it. Poor decisions can't be avoided and were the ones who stressfully suffer.

Every single negative review is a valid warning
The good thingsI met a lot of my good friends here who will continue to stay my good friends for the rest of my life.
The challengesIt's difficult to even begin describing how awful working at Archintel is and how horrible the conditions are there. All of upper management does not care that their poor employees are feeling overworked, stressed out, and overwhelmed with the workload. This place is really difficult to fit into and I struggle every day.

Working more than 16 hours daily was brutal and MENTALLY EXHAUSTING!
The good thingsIt's a work from home position which made me feel safer and comfortable during times of covid.
The challengesNot having the proper equipments at home, lack of support from the management, working more than 16 hours daily spread throughout the day was brutal, stressful, and MENTALLY EXHAUSTING!

Stress, heavy work, and BRUTAL DEADLINES!
The good thingsI kept myself safe with this work from home opportunity and less commute for me!
The challengesI wasn't able to keep myself from the stress, heavy work, and BRUTAL DEADLINES! I was working more than twelve hours daily without noticing and it was more exhausting than what I signed up for! and I realize that the compensation offer was actually terrible without benefits, it's AWFUL!

Insane Deadlines Led to Extreme Stress
The good thingsThere were no good things. Working here was the worst experience of my life. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Please avoid!
The challengesThe deadlines were the worst challenge here. MOST OF THE TIME, THESE DEADLINES WERE INSANE AND UNACHIEVABLE. It meant employees were putting in long, brutal, and exhausting hours every day. It was awful for their work-life balance. The top management must fix it! BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM THE TERRIBLE AMBIANCE!

This is the worst training ever
The good thingsThere were no good things here. I struggled from the start until the end.
The challengesThe terrible training offered by these people was the problem. I had to handle a lot of challenges every day due to it. The upper management just didn't care. Avoid if you have another job offer available.

    Not that good experience
The good thingsNone. I recommend against working here.
The challengesIt isn't that good to work here, contrary to the company's reputation. The compensation is lacking because the salary is low and benefits are not enough. Pay raises also rarely happen, so you'll be stuck with the same level of salary for while. There's also no work-life balance for most employees here due to the overwhelming number of tasks that we all have to accomplish every day.

    Forerunner in competitive intelligence.
The good thingsEstablished company that has a clear path for those who really want to establish a career in competitive intelligence. Get to work on challenging projects for various industries. The company is investing in technological structure which allows for increased productivity at work. The industry itself is showing huge potential so now is a good time to join.
The challengesThe days are pretty hectic. Sometimes, it feels like there isn’t enough time to get things done. Also, I think Management needs to engage with employees more to lighten up things a little bit.

    Incompetent upper management
The good thingsThe work from home arrangement will always a good thing. Some of the managers are also nice and helpful.
The challengesMost of them members of the upper management seem to be incapable or ignorant on how to effectively lead other people. They have no sense of leadership and camaraderie. Aside from a few managers who are nice and helpful, the managers are mostly clueless on what's happening in the workplace so they're unable to provide proper support and guidance.

They give me everything I need to be successful.
The good thingsThe first and most important thing I liked here was the effective internal communication and cooperation. They know the importance of working collaboratively and most of the folks will walk the extra mile to keep up the team spirit.
The challengesMy main challenge is working on multiple projects and still delivering strong results. It causes inevitable stress but also pushes me to reveal my full potential.

    Learning and growth.
The good thingsMy three highlights are as follows: 1.Flexibility. 2.Hands-on experience in sales. 3.Network-building. I have the option of working from home which gives me flexibility and helps to maximize my productivity. The practical knowledge I’ve gained here is valuable; I’m certainly going to use these skills every step of my career. Last but not least, I’ve met many talented and professional people who motivate me to learn more and set new career goals.
The challengesManagers are demanding. You’re expected to push your limits and show high performance. It’s a deadline-driven workplace. Being organized and punctual is a must.

You are just a body filling a seat
The good thingsNone. You will learn nothing. The tools available are terrible and management doesn't care.
The challengesConformity is a requirement. there is no creative problem solving allowed. It's either their way or the highway. Take the highway! You are just a body filling a seat, your worth is defined by how much of robot you can be.
