    It was a great company. The owners are very friendly and open-minded. Flat management is being implemented and employees are inspired to be physically fit.
    The good thingsWork life balance, bi-annual increase basing from your performance. Free lunch, Free quarterly movie pass. Free 3 dependents for HMO on the 1st day of work.

    Greater than any other company I've ever been to.
    The good thingsThe company has great benefits. They promote and encourage all employees a healthy way of living thus providing benefits that will support the goal—Free Gym membership, Discounted OCC membership (an obstacle course facility that helps people engage in strenuous physical activities such as that of the Spartan Race), Free healthy lunch every day, etc.
    The challengesThe challenge being in this company is to keep up with the entire workforce's skills and knowledge. In order for one to grow, one should keep up or be ahead with the dynamic industry that this business is in. The challenge is to simply find your way become better at what you're doing and learning new things along the way, which is never hindered by anybody else in the office. You are your own responsibility here, thus, giving you more than just an opportunity for career growth.

    Work-Life Balance is Real
    The good thingsAmong all the companies (I think, this is the 6th) that I have been connected with, Arcanys is by far, the best one. Usually, when I'm running one year, I lose my enthusiasm and motivation in my previous companies for various reasons such as uncertain career growth, politics, rude co-workers tolerated by the management, etc. But I have not felt any of that one bit here. Listed below are some of the perks (well, my favorites) that I currently enjoy: • Free (and subsidized) fitness memberships from gym, basketball, martial arts, and many more • Free meals! • Learning/training opportunities (with allowance!) • Open-minded co-workers (most of them) • Flat management • Semi-annual performance evaluation • Company events (I've been to a company who thinks summer outing is a waste of time and resources) • Friendly and approachable admin & recruitment • Flexible work schedule So basically, for now, I'm thinking of settling my career in the company. I hope it can only get better as it's expanding.
