    Staffs are good. Just need to ready yourself on workloads. Its unlimited and all reports should be submitted immediately upon request. I think for higher positions "theres no room for mistakes here" you need to be perfect or else you will look like a failure.

    My experience as an intern at ARC Refreshments Corporation was really great. I really do have a lot of learnings from my co worker not just about in actual work but they also taught me on how to handle attitude and how to become a better employee in the future.

    We created a symbiotic relationship between me and the company.
    The good thingsThey always give me an over time and I'm very happy because i can give more money to my parents, and my co-workmates are also very friendly. Employees are work harmoniously that we can learn from each other.
    The challengesYour body always adjust every week because the work consists of 3 shifts - 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, and 10pm - 6am. We the employees are not allowed to cash advance and the canteen is not a good cook that's why some employees go outside to buy a dish.
