    The good thingsWell compensated, supportive dean, easy to go with colleagues, hanging outs, seminars and workshops
    The challengesSan Jose campus is not so good, biased in everything, desperate co faculty, not worth the travel from main campus to San Jose

    You cannot force yourself to do the things that is not compatible to your skills
    The good thingsThe students are easy to handle and They are always checking if your doing your job or not
    The challengesCo workers or handling your co workers. It is not because I am not friendly but because they already have the circle of friends and they don’t want you to be part of that group

    Teaching enhances the skills and knowledge of a professional.
    The good thingsI improved my verbal communication skills as well as the systematic review of knowledge I learned during my undergrad school
    The challengesI enjoy teaching though the policy makers aren't good enough in giving direction for what we should be, I believe that work is always accompanied by stress but then when rules are implemented just because of personal will / issues and those employee are being affected by those action. Employee will never grow as individual person, Employer must look for the different view as well as how dedicated their employees instead of believing in rumors.
