    The good thingsEntrusted to handle different Capex project for mechanical systems (cooling towers, chillers and heat ex-changer ) to upgrade the previous system. Entrusted to work for other position in handling preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
    The challengesProper division of labor to avoid overwork in one's position due to different projects, repair of equipment, routine maintenance, monitoring of contractors with contracts, supervising of Technicians, managers' meetings, meetings with the contractors and reporting to the higher management.

    The good thingsKind bosses. Trusting their employee that they do their work even without supervision. Not too strict on time. they don't blame their employee if things go out of hand instead they think of solutions on how to solve the current problem.
    The challengesI think the only point the company needs to improve is the benefits. I guess it's better if they provide their employees some health card though we can reimburse the medical expenses but it is still better if we have health cards.
