    The good thingsGood company to work with, a clean and healthy environment, friendly co workers, tenants with good coordination with us/billing.
    The challengesMaking retro bills of tenants, Process and do clearance for termination of lease by tenants, verify meter readings of tenants, some of the meters of tenants and company meters are very hard to read, prepare breakdown of consumption of charges.

    Full of surprises and disappointments
    The good thingsIt is here in Araneta Group where I have excelled in communicating with various people since I work at the Operations for mallgoers and passengers.
    The challengesLow compensation. They told me about the annual increase but it turns out that this increase depends on which property will you go, as well as the sales of your group for their big operations team keeping the work for malls, maintenance of facilities, and for additional infrastructure being added inside Araneta City. The pressure is as constant as ever since you have to deal with all walks of life- the rich and the poor, all genders and the other employees. Nevertheless, the company has still a lot of improvements to implement and observe and hoping someday, after this pandemic, things will change for the better.

    The good thingsFriendly workmates, diversity, and closeness to Public Service. You will be close to the frontlines of carrying out quality services to the greater public, especially if you are deployed with the Vast Operations team of different Departments within the Araneta City.
    The challengesNo Work and Life Balance because of 6-days work week, Low Compensation, Unsatisfactory Benefits (as per elder workmates), Pressure with the Immediate Heads. These concerns must be addressed as soon as possible, to keep the faith and loyalty of the employees to the company. Araneta City has so much more to give, but before modernizing the facilities, have the status of the entire workforce be checked first and make this as competitive as the other companies so as to avoid disappointments and better performance outputs, evaluated from the greater public which uses most of Araneta City's facilities.

    working environment is superb. workmates and bosses are good. The only problem is the management low salary no allowances all income is taxable. health card is not free. 50-50 for principal and 100% for your dependent.
