    Warning ! Better find other companies !
    The good thingsThe only good thing is that you have a JOB, for the sake of finances.
    The challengesThey have a Very stressful environment due to internal politics, incompetent operations officers, and the management always change company policies to gain leverage over employees. I had a hard time growing my career after my experience in this company, I've been traumatized and depressed.. If you have been jobless for the past months, then working in this company will just be you last resort. As much as possible find other companies.

    The good thingsNone, I stayed in this organization for 1 year, full of stress and anxiety. I only work here just for the sake of financial needs..
    The challengesThe work here is very stressful due to multiple projects being handled out without proper coordination and management thus OT is required. Operation Management here is very TOXIC.

    The good thingsLooking on the bright side, atleast there are free tea, sugar and coffee.
    The challengesUnprofessional management, everyday OT, the overtime pay was way below as per standards, no growth, stressful environment.

    The good thingsIn this company you can get more knowledge esp when you are applying for Revit Team in Architectural or Interior Design Team. Unlike in other company you are working only in one specific task, in here for sample you can create components/ family from scratch and with this you can practice or enhanced your knowledge. In short you can be multi-tasking and be great experience. Coffee in pantry is free. Overtime allowance. HMO benefits.
    The challengesYes stressful with lots of work loads in minimum time. But it challenges you and can do better. Overtime on weekends.

    Good Company for Hands-On experience & training handling international projects
    The good thingsWork Schedule privileges, company understands employee needs, can work on flexi-time. There are free pantry and office supplies. Salary payout is always on time if not early. Handling international projects is great opportunity to be globally competent in the various areas of Architecture and Engineering.

    The good thingsat least you have a job, free coffee, free sugar, free creamer, free ice tea, but water is not free.
    The challengesvery bad management, no human factor to employee, no company future planning and projection, understaffed teams, overworked employees, no performance recognition, no financial growth, lack of professional opportunity and growth, no work life balance, bad working environment, minimal benefits and perks.

    The good thingsFree coffee, flexible working hours, you can come to office early and go home early if you finished the 9.5hrs daily. colleague is the only reason to stay.
    The challengesextremely poor management, no salary increase no air-con during overtime (after 5:30 weekdays and whole day during weekends) absolutely no work-life balance. no career development. OT pay is lower than your basic pay

    The good thingsMy colleagues are good and enjoy their company.
    The challengesThe working hours is long rendering 9.5 hours a day. The management style is not so good. Their is no proper system, policies changes from time to time.

    The good thingsI enjoy working in this company also I've learned a lot especially in the field of cad drafting and design that's why I mold my design ability in this company. Teamwork is the best description as I experience good officemates and our senior head gives me knowledge to become good at my profession and to explore more in my skills that I have. I would refer this company with others as well.
    The challengesMy job here is more on design and drafting a past faced environment that needs a careful study and to finish the project on time as possible. You work smart and work hard to be able to present the project with a challenge but its all worth it.
