    Well, this place is good for new people in the IT industry, can be considered as stepping stone in the real game. But I don't recommend staying for over a year, since there is no internal career advancements or career growth you can get in here. Pay is bad, barely experienced salary increased at my time. Assume there's a politics when it comes to promotion.
