The challengesI started working with Aptude in April 2019 as an independent recruitment consultant and they offered really high commission for successfully bringing in candidates to their clients. I thought this could be the best career growth for me. But then I started bringing in a bunch of good CVs to them, they stopped communicating. From my POV, they are just using people to provide them the services that they need and when they feel they have used the person enough, they would drop them like hot potatoes so they don't need to pay them the fee for the work they've done so far. I would advise you to stay away from this company.
