Life Balancing job!!!

The good thingsThe work itself is not so stressful.... I would say the management takes care of its employees on an " above government mandated" level.

The challengesAs usual - office politics. The number deterrent in achieving a common goal.

Mold Technician

Mould technician is responsible in mould change over, change logo, servicing of moulds, mould preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, preservation and maintaining good condition of moulds, monitoring and checking of installed moulds on machines. Support production to ensure that no unscheduled mould related downtime will occur during production operation.
