    The art of the sale
The good thingsBeing a sales person is no easy task. You must learn how to read people and determine the proper approach in order to actually make a sale. Appco trains you to be one of the best in this field. They make it fun and interesting to learn more about the industry and rewards you for your triumphs.
The challengesNot all things come easy. You must put in a lot of hours to hone your skill in sales, which means giving up a good portion of your personal life and holidays. What makes it challenging is that it doesn't matter how many hours you put in if you don't produce anything. This company rewards you for your triumphs but it also humiliates you for your failures.

    The good thingsFriendly people
The challengesWalking from one place to another. Building by building, office by office. very tiring and to think that we are on coat and tie suit. I appreciate the cause of the company. but to ask people for donation? no donation from people means you will not have any salary at all.

    Fun, plans and cash
The good thingsThe good thing about this company is the training. They will teach you mad-leadership and marketing skills that you will definitely pass on to your new leaders. Promotion is quick, as long as you work hard and sketch your goals. Yes! They require you to write down your realistic goals. What I learned best here is that \"failing to plan, means planning to fail.\"
The challengesThe challenge on my first week was handling rejections. It was difficult to get other people's attention, specially when you are just a total stranger on your event. But no worries, with the help of your mentor and a good quick break, you get back on track.
