    The good thingsApovil's General Manager personally trained me to be a good site engineer. It was a fast track experience that even in a short span of time, I can already visit the sites on my own.
    The challengesNothing. Working for this company is worth it since the management is very kind an understanding. As long as you do your job, you'll be okay.
