The challengesHOWEVER, its employee management had poorly treated, recognized, and appreciated its workers. Poor management includes, but is not limited to, benefits, work days, salary, regularization, and proactive giving payslips. No doubt many skilled employees from time to time, at least monthly, left this company to find better management.
