The good thingsWork environment is very warm. A lot of people are tenured and it did not take long before you get them to work with you. Had the chance to travel given that the business is in different locations in the country. Structured business but is open to differences in countries where it is located.
The challengesBest effort at trying to scale up the base pay. Compensation and benefits could have been improved to support the business. Starting off shared services was a challenge but at the end the day, it saved a great part of the business in the Philippines

    Good times.
The good thingsGreat people to work with. Multinational company with multi-cultural exposure. Chance to go to other locations depending on your role in the company. Sales Executive posting have great benefits and better chances of meeting new people and develop interpersonal and negotiation skills.
The challengesCentralized management structure can be limiting at times. All decisions go through Singapore review and approval. Cost cutting measures have been drastic, extra curricular activities have gone down significantly. But despite that, working atmosphere has still been positive. We make the most of the limited resources provided.
