    The good thingsManaged and operated food and beverage outlets in the hotel with 374 rooms and within the club membership with approximately 6,500 plus members. Was given the chance to handle various positions at the same. Was given the chance to improve skills and qualifications by being sent to various trainings, workshops, etc.
    The challengesCultural barriers, however turned these challenges into opportunities to unify my team. mediated and did various team building activities to resolve issues involving staff, management. Though most staff are regionalistic, made use of this situation to bridge the gap among peers and staff.

    Learning the Second Time Around
    The good thingsI have learned to be more independent on everything I do, making rational decisions according to what is best for the company. I have managed to accomplish more than what I am expected to do. My mentors have thought me more than what is to learned inside the company. My tenure in the company has been great because of the people I work with.
    The challengesThe company's process of flow should be reviewed again in order to clarify the every departments' responsibilities and to identify clearly as where is their scope of work. Most of the employees are doing what is not supposed to be their job responsibilities, putting most of them into blame if something unexpected happens.
