The people made it feel like home.
The good thingsAs soon as I arrive the office as an applicant, the employees accommodated me immediately. And after meeting my co-workers as a new hire, they made it easy for me to adjust to their daily norms and with their culture. The office may seem a bit bare for my personal taste, but the people made it feel like home.
The challengesThe whole team is very competitive by nature that you have to stay on your toes. Nonetheless, that competitive spirit of the members keeps pushing us to be better.

This is the best company I have been part of.
The good thingsBenefits are better if not the best. However, the management are supportive and accommodating. The family spirit is alive in the company culture. It is not purely just about work. There are employee programs that develop camaraderie between employees and between employees and the management. The are also opportunities for growth because the management themselves act as mentors. It is just up to the employees on how they take advantage of what this company can offer more than just looking at their salaries.
The challengesThe company can offer variety of opportunities to discover one's self. The challenge is on how you can push yourself to open up to this opportunities. In the company, open communication is encourage. Open Mindedness is vital. If you don't have these, you won't fit it. But, if you won't have this, perhaps, you are just procrastinating within you comfort zone. You won't grow with that attitude.

    Working environment
The good thingsCompany SPORTSFEST,Company outing,Christmas party and Bonus . The company also provide careers enhancer seminars. They provide educational loan also and they give bonuses to those seniors employees.
The challengesI found it difficult to get the position of a WAREHOUSE admin, simply because their basis for promotion is thru seniority. Loyalty over skills and credentials. The most difficult in working in the company is how you get along with your co employees. As a newbie, I learned that they don't help you at all. I basically learned a lot of things thru my own and with a little help of others .

The good thingsthis company really appreciate individual capabilities, even i was a fresh graduate that time, there are the one gave me a chance to show what I've got in the industry through hiring me.this company show case any individual who has a potential without looking a background of a person through experience. cause i believe that the founder of this company wants to shows is equality in every person
The challengesthe big challenges on this company is the culture has been groaned for a yrs. people didnt think new ideas or i may say not yet open for a changes from what is usual routine they had.technology/system to be used has not yet improved that makes the entire business process an out of date and slower customer service development that cause for the company still unknown in the industry as well
