    It was indeed a wonderful experience becoming one of the top seller of the company.

    The good thingsThe center is in Northgate Cyberzone, Filinvest, Muntinlupa. The general area is safe for commuters like me, and is quite close to where I live. Hiring process was pretty fast, initial training provided was adequate.
    The challengesBenefits will need improving, especially if they intend to bring down their attrition rates and attract more competent employees (can't help but compare to neighboring companies like Google, Convergys, Genpact, etc.).

    My stay at APAC
    The good thingsLocation - living in the area made it easy to come to work, commute was easy and is easily accessible. Its easy to drive to work too. Career - I was promoted 3X in my 3 year stay in the company
    The challengesTraining - I wish there were more training to further our development available Tools - during my stay before, there were times that we had to share workstations making us wait for one another to finish our tasks.

    The good thingsThe training was outstanding, it really helps you open up to different kind of people and it makes us understand how life is being valued, it's was really a good training ground, working there makes me feel home, no pressure at all.
    The challengesI would've focus more on the training department, since APAC is producing good people specially on the training department, it really teaches people how to speak fluently, and because of it, i want to give back what I've learned from this company.
