    The good thingsNONE. THE EMPLOYER DID WELL IN PRESSURING THE EMPLOYEES TO DO MORE WORK IN STRESSFUL ENVIRONMENT. MANAGEMENT IS NOT GOOD FOR THE PEOPLE. THEY FAILED TO MOTIVATE THE EMPLOYEES. THEY TREAT EMPLOYEES AS SLAVE. WHAT GOOD COULD YOU GET FROM THIS EMPLOYER. TRYING TO BE PROFITABLE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE EMPLOYEES.
    The challengesRESPECT AND GIVE MORE DECISION MAKING TO THE EMPLOYEES. JUST LIKE STEVE JOBS DONE IN APPLE.
