    Perfect Attendance Incentive

    Monetary incentive given to employees, regardless of employment status, once they have no late, absence or undertime within a month.

    A monetary incentive given to an employee who is celebrating their birthday on their regular employment.

    Tenure Incentive

    An employee who reached 10 years of service in the Company will receive this cash incentive

    Sales Target Incentive

    Incentive given to all employees once APCBI meet the monthly sales target.

    Medical Fund Benefit

    Monetary assistance being given to an employee who is suffereing fro illness.
