My AP Cargo finance internship helped me grow, gain confidence, and understand real-world finance
The good thingsFree lunch and friendly employees. Even the bosses and supervisors are accomodating.
The challengesSome facilities could benefit from renovation to improve safety, particularly in the warehouse area. In addition, tasks in our department tend to be highly repetitive, and introducing more task variety could help improve engagement and efficiency.

A valuable hands-on experience in the logistics industry with room for growth and improvement.
The good thingsThe work environment is fast-paced and practical, which helped improve my time management and communication skills. The staff were approachable and willing to guide me, especially during the first few weeks. The experience provided real exposure to logistics and cargo operations.
The challengesWorkload can be heavy during peak hours, and clearer task instructions or better workflow coordination would help improve efficiency. Additional training for new staff could also make the adjustment period easier.

My experience at AP Cargo was a valuable learning opportunity that helped me grow and develop.
The good thingsAP Cargo is a good place to work, especially if you want hands-on experience in logistics. The staff are friendly, the work environment is okay, and you get to learn a lot about customer service and operations. Overall, it’s a solid company to gain experience from
The challengesOne area for improvement is workload management during peak hours, as it can get a bit busy. Better scheduling or additional support during these times could help make work smoother for employees

Working at AP Cargo is a rewarding experience within a stable, industry-leading company.
The good thingsOne of the best things about working at AP Cargo is the stability and reputation of the company. Being a leader in the Philippine logistics industry, you feel a sense of pride working here. The company is currently undergoing a digital transformation, which has given me the opportunity to learn new technologies and modern logistics systems. There is a clear path for career advancement if you are hardworking and dedicated
The challengesIn logistics, the operation never stops. This can sometimes lead to long hours or overtime to ensure packages are delivered on time, which can challenge one’s work-life balance. Thats why "I believe further investment in automating certain administrative tasks or hiring additional seasonal staff could help distribute the workload more evenly during the busiest times of the year.

    A family-oriented workplace
The good thingsAP Cargo is a family owned organization and you can truly feel this in the way management treats employees, we are like their own children. During company event, there are always giveaway kits and activities that employees can enjoy. Many employees here are long- tenured; we even have colleagues who have been with the company for 20-25 years which says a lot about how well people are treated. One of the advantage is free lunch provided to employees which is helpful esp. during petsa de peligro. The company also offers medical health fund that includes immediate family members, with a coverage of dental, optical and general, we also have retirement plan. For those who are willing to relocate, we also have staff house! | think comments here are just based from the employees who experienced something from the company, but overall AP is really okay!
The challengesStill in the transition from pen and paper process to digitization. Some leaders are not open to changes

If you are planning to work for a long term and for your career growth, DO NOT APPLY HERE.
The good thingsFree meal, friends that you will gain along your journey. That's it.
The challengesEven if you work hard for years, your salary will still be the same from what you started. Second, there are managers that are not competent at all. I can tell that some of them are not good in writing and even in communicating with clients. They don't care about their employees really, even for people who have worked with them for so many years.
