The challengesSince it is a sales-based work, the demand and pressure from management is so rigorous that there are times the concerns of the employee is neglected by management. Also, competition with sales is high since your monthly compensation will depend on your client sales. Further, be very cautious with the people around you especially your fellow employees, since there will be trust issues. Client issues should also be expected. Being careful and staying professional is key.
