    Ensures all employees maintain an up to date awareness of hotel product knowledge, current promotion, policy changes and appropriate internal communication .Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required .Ensures all employees provide a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.

    Great bosses
    The good thingsVery considerate. Family Oriented. The bosses are very kind, they do acknowledged your accomplishment and they won't blame you on your mistake. They always have an open heart on understanding your situation. The bosses are very soft spoken. You will seldom hear their voice. They discuss things constructively. I admire their business philosophy \"Profit w/ honor\" .
    The challengesThe challenge is how will you pay back the kindness of the bosses. How will you revert quality service to the company.

    Could have been better if not for their old traditional unchanging ways. They forgot that the year is 2015 and not 1960.
    The good thingsThe projects theme. The older bosses ways of early morning greetings. They way they dress up. Like 1900 hundreds. Nice and elegant. Management style is clean and clear. No ifs nor buts. Everyone smiles.
    The challengesThe manner of support. They lack it. They do not see the total picture of competition. Their attitude that their branding fathers and financial credibility will sell out their project They forget that the sales and marketing people are the key for their success. These are the ones i would like to change.
