    Friendly colleagues with a Great boss and Good system.
    The good thingsI appreciate how they give support to every employee in terms of training and work experience which is very important for us to grow and expand our knowledge. I also appreciate the Management for the never ending support in all our operations where I started to develop my Leadership skills.
    The challengesThe only challenge that I have encountered with this Company is the communication. They should improve good communication in any means (email, telephone, sms and all means)

    Great Challenges with not much learning
    The good thingsUpper Management is great except for the fact that it is under Bollore Regional, makes everything almost under the table on stuffs that needs a local decision.
    The challengesNo learning and no training for anyone in the Support groups specially IT since all training requested has to go through a series of approvals that are really necessary. Not to mention the support you need on your Decisions is not always present.

    I had enjoyed working at antrak, a lot opportunities and fun with colleagues
    The good thingsI enjoyed the friendly working atmosphere, it brings a good vibe and almost felt we are a big family helping each other whenever there are problems in work. We always had fun of everything, it makes our work less stressful.
    The challengesThe challenges that I experienced was difficulty in finishing job file creation it is due to system slowdown and sometimes slow internet connection and usual office problems
