ANSI review
The good thingsProvide the tools and knowledge needed in order for the employees to grow functionally and technically. Also address the social responsibilities as a company and let employees take part in the responsibilities. Lastly, the bosses are great and very friendly.
The challengesWhen project schedules goes haywire due to internal issues on the different stakeholders in the project. Needs more cohesiveness and efforts to gel more and work more as a team. Also need an insight from outsider for the team to improve more.
