I've been with the company since 2006 until present

The good thingsI enjoy the friendly environment,the company is open for new innovations for their employees. They will send their employees to training to enhance and advance the knowledge and ideas. Some benefits are served. The boss are good.

The challengesI didn't enjoy the delay of salary. And because a unionize company some benefits stated in the collective bargaining are not given fairly.
