a company with great people whose potential is put to waste by very very poor mismanagement
The good thingsflexi-time. great work culture. people are great to work with
The challengesno growth in career and skills. its always 'if you want it enough you do it yourself'. great if youre starting out, not great if youre looking for longterm. you will become stagnant

Great company to start your career with an international market
The good thingsThe culture, salary, environment and the things you can learn in the game development industry are all here!
The challengesThe management style can still be improved if employees are allowed to share ideas and use it if it seems reasonable.

The people is friendly, the environment is as free as you can get.
The good thingsBenefits from free breakfast, lunch and sometimes overtime dinners are just one of the few things that you can expect from the company heads that you can receive once you start working in the company, along the way you will find yourself loving and in a comfort zone as you do tasks of similar repetitive mechanics, and gameplay, growth in salary is consistent as well.
The challengesAs you grew longer with comfort and stability, you will see yourself not growing as you continuously revise the same systems and mechanics that you think would result to little to no impact at all, these time of work can be good if you're looking for a stable job with proper income, but if you're young and wish to grow, reconsider.

    Great
The good thingsIt was fun and worthwhile :D The environment was engaging, my co-workers were fun to be with yet very professional when it comes to work. And they really value the company.
The challengesThere are challenging work tasks, but all in all I could say I've grown a lot

    Great learning experience!
The good thingsAnino has a comfortable working environment with amazing and talented employees. From them, I was able to discover the different aspects of game development and was able to learn a bit more from those departments. Even though I was only able to stay for a few months it feels like a second home.
The challengesThere were only a few instances where there was rushed tasks to meet deadlines. But other than that, it's an amazing work place!

    Not Bad (insert meme here)
The good thingsGreat and fun people. environment is work-friendly. work is output based. I have learned a lot of things here--as a person and as a professional.
The challengesThere's little opportunities for career development. The company should give a little bit more focus on giving workshops/training to employees.
