Not the best hospital to work in
The good thingsMost of the employees are affable and helpful. They have incentives and relatively regular increase in salary.
The challengesThere is a difficulty with career development and support for career improvement by the management. The management also has difficulty in listening to staff opinions and recommendations.

The good things1. Students are great. I enjoy teaching when I see them learning and appreciating my effort to challenge their thinking and make sure they're learning. 2. Co-workers are also great. Many of them are dedicated with their jobs; a few openly complain about their situations. 3. Many are doing their jobs well despite the challenges.
The challenges1. AUF deducts certain amount from faculty's salary or make faculty pay something without prior consultation. It forces faculty & students to sell raffle tickets worth PhP500 each, without even asking if they could sell those tickets. 2. AUF is too focused on educational qualification to get PAASCU accreditation, but at the expense of student learning. Some with Ph.D or MA do not actually teach.

AUF....a university you can be proud of.
The good thingsTheir training and development are great as well as the prestige of being part of a university who has many certifications, honors and awards.
The challengesThe environment might be quite traditional because if you want to start an innovation, you have to prove that it is working. The leadership is very fraternal or maternal in nature so do not kid around.

The good thingsIt's a tertiary level hospital.Very well known in the Central Luzon. With good vision and mission for the hospital. Known for rendering quality service for its patient. Continuously improving its medical equipment and facilities. Has tied-up with its' own medical school and its own college of nursing and allied profession. There plenty ofstaff Doctor,Intern, residents & Student nurses& Volunteer
The challengesA private hospital produces demanding patients who are paying so quality of work is a must. Volunteer work for nurses is to long in time duration, without the security of being hired as part of the regular employee. If from volunteer you turn to be staff, then lucky for it a best training ground if you have the plan to go abroad, because of its bed capacity and tertiary level hospital.

AUF- Man for God and Humanity
The good thingsThe University has allowed me to grow as an individual by accepting me as a College Instructor immediately after College Graduation. The support system is good, because other Senior teachers were very supportive and very helpful to newcomers like me. They also provided training and seminars to their employees to enable them to advance and develop their skills more.
The challengesI wish they could have financially supported other Teachers like me to enroll into a Graduate/ Masters class. A scholarship or grant is greatly beneficial to employees like me who at that time were struggling to make ends meet. I found it difficult to agree to their terms that upon signing a contract to them, I was not allowed to have freedom to express any negative concerns to their policies.
