    Good working environment, however, company offers low salary packages and minimal career development
    The good thingsGood working environment. Owners are people-oriented and takes good care of their employees; as proven by the tenure of their employees.
    The challengesSince the business is family-owned, there are minimal chances of career progressing to managerial level. Pay is also very low compared to other companies. No standardized appraisals put in place and no annual increase.

    The good thingsDeveloped my intersocial skills on various patients. Implemented my personal exercise program in all of my patients and as a Physical Therapist it is a must to develop my skills
