    As a start up organization, you need to adapt quickly to challenges.
    The good thingsI really love how AMZ Allstars leads the organization by sticking to its values and culture. Being in HR, this matters a lot to me. The organization is fond of sharing knowledge to its employees especially on learning the business. It's a bonus that we're all working from home, which is quite comfortable.

    The good thingsThe people are very welcoming from hiring, especially during training! It was the best training I've ever had. I finally got a mentor - the training manager is very supportive and inspiring. The CEO is also motivating and makes us feel empowered.
