    The good thingsBenefits are competitive. The company sponsors recreational activities for the emoyees. There are programs of giving back to the community specially to the less fortunate children which the employees are given the chance to participate.

    The good thingsThe company offers competitive compensation with industry-leading benefits. Great working environment with very supportive team. We learn as we grow for the company provide personal development trainings, team buildings to boost team performance, motivation and creativity.
    The challengesIn Direct selling industry, you are expected to work full-time especially in operations. Sometimes, you have to work on weekends but payable for over time. I find that there's a challenge in communication with other departments but can be improved.

    The folks were friendly, there is less politics on each department.
    The good thingsThe trips on the countryside, job related and the folks are friendly, the culture and environment is also good for people who wants to work here.
    The challengesIt might as well consider to improve on giving a just compensation and well-deserved overtime pay for seasonal employees.

    The good thingsPeople re accomodating somehow. And the time and schedule really fits my lifestyle.
    The challengesThe usual differences of behavior of every people. The communications team doesn't feel like a team. There's a lack of growth for my role in the company.

    The good thingsThey have a lot of employee engagement activities, such as wellness programs, yearly company outing and team building, employee recognition programs, etc. Some managers/ immediate superiors help their subordinates grow through coaching and letting them attend trainings. Employees treat each other as family; most managers are approachable, and employees are warm and welcoming.
    The challengesMost employees are overworked. They have responsibilities that are beyond their scope. 30% of the employees are not permanent. The company also have regular events that fall on weekends

    The good thingsThey treat each other as family and friends. They have company outings and special treatments for those they truly like. If you are pretty or handsome you will surely be noticed and get favorites. If you have a talent you will surely charm them. Stick to your true friends.
    The challengesSometimes they are communications being delivered or said in a different way and at the end information you as a person is being maltreated. People forgot your good deeds and try to ruin your credibility for you to get out. Do not listen to arguments and gossips around the office. They will kill your confidence.
