A Company That Truly Feels Like HomeWorking here feels less like a job and more like being part of a close-knit family. From day one, I felt welcomed and valued—not just as an employee, but as a person. The culture is genuinely supportive, collaborative, and grounded in mutual respect. Whether you're celebrating milestones or navigating challenges, there's always a team ready to uplift and stand by you.

Pros: Supportive colleagues and team camaraderie. Cons: - Being a back-office unit, we often get deprioritized versus production teams. - Salary doesn't match the effort. - Very slow salary increases. - Weak team leader.
    The good thingsSupportive colleagues.
The challengesBeing treated as less priority because you are just back office team.

Great Culture and Fun Working Environment
The good thingsYou will feel like you are at home. Everyone is easy to approach. Just hit or surpass the metrics and you will be rewarded for promotion or appraisal even if you are still in probationary period.
The challengesGraveyard shift, hitting metrics but management will provide support.

I call it home for almost 8 years now!
The good thingsAmtec has a great company culture. They take care of their employees well and has a good compensation plan, including the commission scheme. On top of it all, I love the work environment and its management is very approachable and always ready to help. Thank you, Amtec!
The challengesThe company is doing its best to offer comfortable employee transport services. It's a work in progress now.

    Great culture, amazing people!
The good thingsAmtec is definitely a great company to work for. They are values-driven and they have a positive and family-oriented work environment. This company provides competitive pay, good commission structure, and career growth. Employees at Amtec work well together. Everyone's approachable, helpful, supportive and always open for new ideas and feedback. Trainings are continuously provided that's why learning never stops. The company has employee engagement as well as rewards & recognition activities that boost the morale of the team. The management goes above and beyond in making sure the client's, candidate's, contractor's & their employees needs are being met consistently and accordingly. I am proud to be a part of this wonderful company and grateful for the privilege of working with the amazing team who has a sense of purpose, who shares the same goals and who treats everyone (candidates, contractors, employees and clients) with utmost care and respect.
The challengesShuttle services are being provided to Amtec employees. The company is doing their very best to accommodate everyone so that transportation would be a lot more comfortable, convenient and safe.

Cannot be trusted in terms of offer
The good thingsSalary offer is good
The challengesThe company offered me a Job offer that’s why I resigned from my stable job. 1 week before my starting period they’ve informed me that my application will no longer proceed as the client that I supposed to handle dissolved. This is so unfortunate as I am now separated with my previous employer and unemployed.

    Work somewhere else instead!
The good thingsI only really liked how my colleagues assist me whenever help is needed
The challengesPoor management and bad leadership. They will tell you that there are commissions but will make it hard for you to get them because of high and unrealistic metrics. They police everything that you do.

I suggest you change your management
The good thingsGreat working environment, fun office activities and people will eventually become your family.
The challengesThey say open door policy but when you give your opinion to management they'll see it as negative. Poor management. Bad decision-making. They just do whatever they want to do.

A company that cares about their people
The good thingsOne thing I like about Amtec is how easy it is to talk to the higher-ups whenever I need anything. It just shows how they value their employees
The challengesCompensation. It's not quite enough for the job roles.

High level of stress but low pay

The challengesToo many requisitions and management demands too much from us. MICROMANAGING. They monitor all your activities.

    Consider working elsewhere
The good thingsThe only good thing about the company is its people. Fun working environment.
The challengesI disagree that the metrics is achievable. They used to but not anymore. It looks as if the management doesn't want anybody to get commissions at all because of its unattainable targets. Management has unrealistic expectations and poor decision making skills. Some leads are not considerate. Expectations set during my initial and final interview were not met. I never got the chance to get any commissions because they keep assigning you on different accounts.

    Great Company Culture!
The good thingsGreat for entry-level and fresh graduates. They have a very intensive training on recruitment. Great working environment with fun in-office activities. Once you're in, you become part not just of the company but of a family.
The challengesHard on metrics but understandable since it is achievable plus it will lead to bonuses or commissions when you reach it.

    Great Company to work with
The good thingsWhat I love most about Amtec is that it's a values-driven company. The management is very open in hearing out people's opinions. It also gives room for growth to folks who keep an open mind and willing to contribute and make a change.
The challengesThe main challenge I see is the targets and I believe it's not new to the industry. Metrics are however achievable to those who persevere and well paid off once hit.

Almost a great company to work with..
The good thingsMy former team lead was very supportive and some employees are approachable and nice. The workload is challenging at times but it's manageable. They also provide trainings for each recruiter level.
The challengesThere would always be politics and gossip or rumors, so it's really hard to feel safe or at ease to work there and to have someone you can trust. To work on a graveyard shift is also difficult.

The BEST company that I've ever been!
The good thingsAmtec is a big family that cares for each other. The management has an open door policy, you can literally just talk to the OM to what ever concern you might have (even the HR), snacks are available for everyone everyday, attendance bonus, very competitive commission, outings (company PAID), very generous for every events, very transparent (like you will literally know company's revenue) and many more! I'm forever grateful that I found this company so I'm sharing this.
The challengesThe job itself might be stressful and challenging, but then again, it's part of the job and these are the kind of challenges that will help recruiters develop and hone their skills in this career.

    Beginner-friendly!
The good thingsVery relaxed culture, open door policy, management isn't hard to reach and listens to employee feedback, above-industry night differential, amazing growth, great work ethic, awesome training, tons of learning opportunities, freedom to own your recruitment process, very driven and professional co-workers, free flowing coffee!
The challengesBase salary increase, please! ;) And higher commission for everyone; we all work hard and more compensation will just motivate us to push harder. More side benefits and perks like gym membership, educational reimbursement, more webinars, etc. would be cool too. Other than that I have no qualms about Amtec. Keep it up!

    LITTLE COMPANY, LESS HASSLE
The good thingsPeople are friendly especially the operations manager as well as the team leads. Everyone is always ready to assist you if you have questions. Everybody is working professionally.
The challengesThe only challenge I have is that the office location is a bit far from where I am residing.

It's a best place to work
The good thingsThe company provides great training and experience if you wish to become a great talent sourcer. From regular jobs like Executive Assistant, HR Manager or Marketing Analyst to rare jobs like PMO, SEO and even Chemical Engineer, you will be able to experience a great array of jobs to recruit. The people are very accommodating and work environment is fresh.
The challengesThe shift schedule is from 12mn to 9am. From people from the South like me (specifically from Sta. Rosa Laguna), the schedule could be a deal breaker. Though, the office provide ample help when it comes to staying at night, like free coffee and water, if you're not a nocturnal person, this job might not be the best one for you.
