Good...The good thingsI am currently enjoying the challenges that the company currently giving me, the authority, the position, the accommodation and somehow a possible career growth and new learning. They are currently offering me to attend seminar to become a certified auditor which indeed is interesting.
In this company, my boss somehow shows importance to my reports since he acknowledges my conclusions.
The challengesMy work here could become more efficient, faster and wider in scope if they could give me a qualified subordinate due to the number of reports that I've been doing here. It could also be nicer if they can consider letting some employees to work for only 5 days a week if this employee doesn't need a 6 days work to finish their jobs.
